In order to meet market demand, GIGALIGHT recently released the industry’s first 200G QSFP56 ER4 optical transceiver. It adopts the mainstream 4-lane WDM optical engine architecture which integrates 4-channel refrigerated EML lasers and APD optical detectors, supports 200GE (4X53 Gbps) and OTN protocols, can perfectly adapt to 200G metro DCI long reach interconnection and 5G backhaul.
