The 400G DR4/800G DR8 series SiPh liquid-cooling optical transceviers adopt a combination of silicon photonics (SiPh) and liquid cooling technologies. Silicon photonics reduces the power consumption of optical transceviers, and when integrated with liquid cooling, it further improves the energy efficiency ratio.
