TDCM (Tunable Dispersion Compensation Module) is a dispersion compensation module developed by GIGALIGHT for high-speed transmission systems. It is based on the principle of temperature-adjusted dispersion compensation fiber output to achieve accurate dispersion compensation. It can be used in long-distance optical communication transmission systems and data center interconnections at speeds of 10G/40G/100G. TDCM offers features such as long-distance compensation, high output accuracy, low insertion loss, low phase jitter, low group delay variation, and low polarization-dependent loss (PDL) and polarization mode dispersion (PMD).
