100G QSFP28 LR4 DML LWDM4 10km/20km Optical Transceiver

GIGALIGHT 100G QSFP28 LR4 optical modules are used for long-distance transmission in the datacom or telecom field and are compliant with IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 Ethernet transmission protocol, with optional dual-rate versions compatible with 100G Ethernet and OTN OTU4. The series have a built-in pair of 4-channel LWDM MUX and DEMUX with center wavelengths of 1295.56nm, 1300.05nm, 1304.58nm and 1309.14nm, respectively, using a single-mode fiber pair for transmission over distances of up to 10km or 20km (both without FEC on).

  • Transmission rates of up to 25.78125Gbps or 27.95Gbps per channel
  • Compliant with QSFP28 MSA and IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 MSA Ethernet transport protocol
  • Optional dual-rate version compatible with 100G Ethernet and OTN OTU4
  • Distance up to 10km or 20km using 1 pairs of single-mode fibers (both require FEC to be turned on)
  • Power consumption less than 3.5w (Receiving version power consumption is less than 1.5W)
