Coherent Modules

GIGALIGHT provides 100G, 200G, and 400G pluggable digital coherent optical transceiver modules (DCO) for data center interconnection (DCI), 5G backhaul, metro telecommunication, and other long-haul transmission networks.

All of these coherent optical modules can be used on the muxponder/OTU cards of the GIGALIGHT DCI BOX transport platform.

DCI BOX

GIGALIGHT provides a series of affordable coherent optical transmission subsystems (DCI BOX) with all-in-one rack chassis design and ultra high capacity (up to 6.4Tb/s for 2U rack chassis) for data center interconnection (DCI) and other long-haul transmission applications.

The DCI BOX transport platform contains the optical layer service cards (EDFA, VOA, and OLP etc.) and the electrical layer service cards (100G/200G/400G OTU or muxponder).

Non-Coherent Devices

The OEO is optical signal regeneration conversion equipment based on the principle of Optical-Electrical-Optical, which is applied to optical signal wavelength conversion, relay amplification, signal regeneration and finds widespread applications in the field of optical communication.

Optical Amplifier

The optical amplifier module developed by GIGALIGHT is designed for long-distance transmission systems in digital optical fiber communication. It is specifically designed to work in conjunction with dispersion compensation devices to enhance the performance of the optical transmission system.

Dispersion Compensation Module

These modules are innovative single-mode fibers for solving fiber dispersion issues in high-speed long-distance communication systems. It is designed specifically for compensating dispersion in standard single-mode fibers that have already been deployed.

Optical Protection System

A protection board for ensuring the safe communication of important fiber optic routing/ equipment, where the transmitting optical channel is routed by an optical channel selection device at the transmitting end.

Passive WDM System

Passive Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) system improves the transmission quality and extends the transmission distance of DWDM systems. It is suitable for metropolitan area networks, regional networks, and DWDM networks, while also saving optical fiber resources.
